Ordering & Terms


Due to the handmade nature of the jewelry, please allow 1-2 weeks before your item is shipped. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If stock availability has changed, you will be notified via email with an approximate restocking date. Some items will ship sooner than the above timeframe. 


If you are not fully satisfied with your jewelry purchase, please contact amy@amelialawrence.com within 14 days of receiving the item to authorize a return or exchange. The item must be returned unworn and in its original packaging. Custom made pieces and special orders are non-refundable. If you received an item as a gift it can only be returned for store credit. Once the item is received, a full refund will be issued or an exchange will be processed. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 


We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Any piece of Amelia Lawrence Jewelry that is defective or has broken within 12 months of purchase will be repaired at no cost. For any other circumstances, a repair fee will be applied.


We strive to use the highest quality materials, including 14K gold fill, sterling silver, vermeil and semi-precious gemstones. Please allow for slight variations in color, cut, size and shape for gemstone pieces. Metals will tarnish over time but can be cleaned with a polishing cloth to remove residue and restore shine. 


Custom orders are available, and you can begin the process by emailing amy@amelialawrence.com with more information about the piece you are looking for. Certain orders may require a 50% deposit to cover material costs. 


We will not sell or share your information with third parties. All transactions on this website will remain confidential, and your credit card and personal information is never shared.
